Scottsdale, Arizona, United States — November 2025 — Taylor Morrison has announced the appointment of Sandra Lamartine as its new Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. In her new role, Sandra will lead organizational culture, talent strategy, leadership development, total rewards, and enterprise people initiatives to further strengthen Taylor Morrison’s position as a certified Great Place to Work and America’s Most Trusted® Home Builder for ten consecutive years.
Before joining Taylor Morrison, Sandra Lamartine served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at The AZEK Company, an industry-leading manufacturer in sustainable outdoor living solutions. During her four-year tenure, she led large-scale transformation across culture, talent systems, ESG-aligned workforce strategy, and operational HR, supporting approximately 2,200 employees. The organization received multiple recognitions under her leadership, including being named one of Chicago’s Top Workplaces and earning several national accolades in ESG and HR innovation.
Prior to The AZEK Company, Sandra held senior leadership roles at Glanbia Nutritionals, including Chief People Officer and SVP Human Resources. She oversaw a global HR team across three continents and led strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational growth, international expansion, leadership capability building, and operational excellence.
Earlier in her career, Sandra spent nearly a decade at James Hardie Building Products, where she served first as Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development and previously as Organizational Development Manager. Throughout her time there, she contributed to global workforce transformation, succession leadership frameworks, cultural evolution programs, and the alignment of people strategy to business scale and market expansion.
She began her professional journey with roles at Arthur Andersen and Tellabs, where she gained strong foundations in HR consulting, organizational development, leadership design, strategy enablement, and workforce capability building — expertise that now supports her transition into an executive-level people leadership role at Taylor Morrison.
