Vilnius, Vilniaus, Lithuania, August 2025 – Sandra Žibaitienė has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at BALTO print, one of the largest book manufacturers in the Baltic region. In her new role, she will focus on driving HR strategy, employee development, and cultural transformation to support the company’s ambitious growth and international expansion.
Before joining BALTO print, Sandra served at FERN GROUP for nearly four years. She first held the position of Human Resources Project Manager, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening HR practices and project delivery, and later advanced to Head of People and Culture, leading initiatives to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.
Earlier, Sandra was Head of Human Resources at LITEXPO, Lithuania’s leading exhibition and congress center, where she oversaw talent management and HR operations, contributing to the organization’s transformation and workforce alignment.
She also gained valuable HR partnership experience as a Human Resources Partner at GTC (UAB Geležinkelio tiesimo centras), where she supported talent strategies and organizational development in the construction sector.
Her career includes notable leadership at Nacionalinių Projektų Rengimas as Head of Human Resources for over five years, and prior to that as Head of Training Department at Viešoji įstaiga NPR, where she built strong foundations in training and workforce capability building. She began her professional journey as an Assistant Lecturer at Šiaulių Universitetas, adding an academic edge to her career in HR.
