Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2025 – Sanjay Rastogi has been elevated to Associate Vice President – HR (CHRO) at Olectra Greentech Limited. With this promotion, he will continue to lead the company’s HR strategy, focusing on organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent development to strengthen Olectra’s position as a leader in India’s electric mobility sector.
With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Sanjay Rastogi has played a pivotal role in shaping HR policies, fostering workforce engagement, and implementing strategic talent initiatives. Prior to his promotion, he served as Chief General Manager – HR (CHRO Role) at Olectra Greentech Limited, where he led HR transformation, workforce planning, and leadership development in the electric vehicle manufacturing sector.

Before joining Olectra Greentech, he was General Manager – HR & Admin (CHRO Role) at Turbo Megha Airways Private Limited (Trujet Airlines), where he managed HR operations, industrial relations, and workforce strategies. He also held the position of Regional Manager – HR & IR at CMS Info Systems Pvt. Ltd., overseeing HR lifecycle management, compliance, and industrial relations for a workforce of over 2,200 employees in Delhi.
His career also includes a significant tenure at Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd, where he served as Associate General Manager – HR & Admin (Regional Head), as well as roles in HR & IR at G4S Security Services (India) Pvt. Ltd., Maytas Infra Ltd., and Sahara India Pariwar.
Education and Expertise
Sanjay Rastogi holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Human Resources Management from Lucknow University, Lucknow. His expertise spans talent acquisition, industrial relations, business ethics, policy adherence, and organizational development.
