Panchkula, Haryana, India, May 2026 – Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Group has elevated Sanjev Garg to the role of Global Chief Supply Chain Officer, expanding his leadership responsibilities across all group entities in both India and international markets.
In his new role, Sanjev Garg will lead the organization’s global supply chain strategy and operations, focusing on driving standardization, operational efficiency, resilience, governance, and technology-led transformation across the group’s expanding business ecosystem.
During his tenure with Altruist Technologies, he has played a key role in developing integrated supply chain capabilities across multiple business units, strengthening operational frameworks and driving scalable supply chain processes aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
Before assuming the role of Global Chief Supply Chain Officer, Sanjev served as Group Chief Supply Chain Officer at Altruist Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for over three years, where he was responsible for managing supply chain operations across India and international markets. In this role, he focused on strengthening supply chain governance, driving operational efficiency, and building scalable supply chain capabilities across group companies.
Prior to joining Altruist Technologies, he worked independently as Director – Supply Chain Consulting, advising organizations on supply chain optimization, operational improvement, and strategic transformation initiatives across industries.
Earlier, Sanjev spent nearly 12 years with Aircel in multiple senior leadership roles including Head SCM Operations & Corporate Initiatives, Head Commercial OpCo, and Head Circles Commercial Operations & Corporate Initiatives. During this period, he led large-scale supply chain operations, commercial transformation initiatives, process optimization programs, and strategic operational projects within the telecom sector.
Before Aircel, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Spice Communication, where he managed commercial operations and supply chain initiatives supporting the company’s business growth and operational effectiveness.
His leadership journey also includes assignments with Ericsson as Senior Manager Supply & Sourcing – India & Sri Lanka, as well as commercial leadership roles at Idea Cellular and Escotel Mobile Communications, where he contributed to commercial operations, sourcing strategies, and supply chain management initiatives across telecom operations.
Earlier in his career, he held commercial leadership positions with Hilton Rubbers Limited and OCM Woollen Mills (VXL India Limited), building foundational expertise in operations, procurement, and commercial management.
