Tel Aviv, Israel, September 2024 – Sapir Arie has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Edikted, a prominent fashion brand known for its trend-setting, Gen-Z-focused online collections. In her new role, Sapir will drive the HR strategy, talent management, and people operations, ensuring that the company continues to foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture aligned with its vision for growth and creativity.
Prior to joining Edikted, Sapir served as the HR Analytics Manager in the People Analytics Branch at the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). During her two-year tenure in this position, Sapir spearheaded critical HR data projects and developed analytics frameworks that supported decision-making across the organization.
Before this role, Sapir led the HR Department of a Technological Unit within the IDF, where she was responsible for overseeing human resource operations, recruitment, and talent management strategies. Her leadership contributed to enhancing HR processes and optimizing the department’s performance over the course of two years.
Earlier, Sapir held the role of Head of Staff Branch in the IDF HR Directorate, where she implemented key HR initiatives and worked closely with senior leadership to manage personnel affairs. In earlier positions, she held various HR management and command roles, progressing to the rank of major and accumulating over five years of experience in leadership within the organization.
