Phoenix, Arizona, United States, January 2026 – Acumen Fiscal Agent has announced the appointment of Sara Ann Drumm as Vice President – Human Resources, strengthening its executive leadership team as the organisation continues to expand its national self-direction and fiscal management services for veterans, aging adults and individuals with disabilities across the United States. In her new role, Sara will lead enterprise HR strategy, talent architecture, leadership development, workforce compliance and culture transformation initiatives supporting Acumen’s mission-driven growth.
Sara joins Acumen Fiscal Agent after serving as Head of Human Resources at ACO USA, where she led enterprise HR operations, workforce integration, compliance governance and leadership enablement initiatives across nationwide operations.
Prior to this, she served for over six years as Director of Human Resources at Thunderbird LLC, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening leadership pipelines, compliance frameworks and workforce development strategies.
Earlier in her career, Sara held senior HR leadership roles at Quantum Signal, LLC, Burroughs, Inc., Those Animals LLC, General Dynamics Information Technology and the San Diego Clinic of Integrative Medicine, building deep expertise in recruitment, compliance, healthcare HR, government contracting and leadership development.
Sara Ann Drumm holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
