Washington, District of Columbia, United States, January 2025 — Sara Pryor has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Blend, bringing extensive HR leadership experience across top-tier organizations. In her new role, Pryor will focus on people strategies, organizational development, and culture enhancement as Blend continues its growth in the AI services sector.
Before joining Blend, Sara Pryor served as Chief People Officer at Rebellion Defense for over two years, where she led a team of 21 professionals and implemented performance management systems, merit-based pay structures, and employee engagement strategies.
Prior to Rebellion Defense, Pryor held multiple leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Amazon, including Program Leader for Talent Acquisition and Head of HR for Italy and Spain, where she played a pivotal role in global HR strategies, talent management, and diversity initiatives.

Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Manager in Global Talent Management at Amazon, where she successfully implemented international performance management programs. She also held leadership roles at Accenture, focusing on talent and organizational strategy projects for global clients.
