Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, September 2025 — Eclipse Automation, a global leader in custom automated manufacturing solutions and part of Accenture, has announced the appointment of Sasha Shannon as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This new role represents more than a title change—it signifies the company’s deep commitment to building a people-first culture rooted in innovation, empowerment, and growth.
In her new capacity, Sasha Shannon will oversee all aspects of global human resources, bringing together strategy, talent, and culture to further align the company’s people initiatives with its business objectives. Shannon joined Eclipse Automation in early 2025 as Director, Human Resources – North America, where she was instrumental in implementing HR frameworks and leadership development programs across the company’s regional operations. Her strong performance and visionary leadership led to her promotion to Chief Human Resources Officer within months, as she took on broader responsibility for talent strategy, organizational development, and employee experience across all global locations.
Before joining Eclipse, Shannon served as Senior Manager, Global People Partner at IMAX, where she led transformative HR initiatives aligned with business growth objectives. She developed data-driven people strategies, restructured workforce plans, and embedded a culture of collaboration and performance, helping to modernize IMAX’s global people practices.
Previously, she was Director, People at Euna Solutions (formerly GTY Technology), where she played a key role in talent management and post-acquisition integration, ensuring high retention and engagement during periods of rapid organizational change. Earlier, at Bonfire Interactive, Shannon developed HR systems and compensation frameworks that helped position the company as an employer of choice in the tech sector.
Her earlier career includes senior HR roles at Q.E.P. Co. Inc., Kraus Flooring, and eSentire, where she led large-scale organizational development and employee relations programs. Shannon began her HR journey at Labstat International and Hendrickson, gaining hands-on experience in manufacturing and labor relations. Over her 15-year career, she has built a strong reputation for fostering innovation-driven cultures that blend strategic clarity with human-centered leadership.
