Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2025 – TRG Screen India has announced the appointment of Sathish Chinnaiah as Director & Head Human Resources, marking a significant leadership addition to the global software and subscription management solutions provider. In his new role, Sathish will lead HR strategy and operations, drive talent management, culture development, and HR transformation initiatives to support TRG Screen’s ambitious growth in the technology and professional services sector.
Prior to joining TRG Screen, Sathish Chinnaiah was Vice President & Head Human Resources at Innoviti Technologies. Here, he played a key role in shaping organizational culture, developing strategic HR initiatives, and implementing programs for talent management, compensation, benefits, and stakeholder engagement. He was deeply involved in budget control, retention strategies, and aligning HR to overall business objectives.
Earlier, Sathish held a progressive tenure at Envestnet | Yodlee India, where he served as Human Resources Director and previously as Senior Human Resources Manager. Across more than five years, he headed talent management, talent acquisition, HRBP, HRIS, and C&B Centers of Excellence, supporting rapid business expansion and leading high-impact programs in organizational capability, leadership development, and HR process optimization.
Before that, Sathish led HR operations for Herbalife International in India and the wider Asia region, managing HR for manufacturing, supply chain, and technology teams across India, Malaysia, and Singapore. He was responsible for driving HR transformation, cultural initiatives, executive leadership, and organizational strategy for diverse and multi-functional teams.
Earlier roles include leadership positions as Lead HR at IBM, managing HR business partnering for IBM GBS, and as HR Executive at Sitel (ITC Infotech), overseeing end-to-end HR programs for large-scale technology and business groups. His experience also includes academic leadership as Lecturer and Placement Coordinator at University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE).
