In his most recent role at Gencrest, Satish served as Vice President – Sales & Marketing for the agribusiness division, where he drove market penetration, brand building, and portfolio expansion across biologicals, bio-stimulants, crop protection, and nano-formulated innovations. His work strengthened Gencrest’s presence in key agricultural regions while building strong partnerships with distributors and farming networks.

Before Gencrest, Satish spent over nine years at Coromandel International Limited, where he led sales and marketing first across North and East India and later as National Head – Marketing from the corporate office in Hyderabad. During this period, he steered strategic category development, rural outreach programs, and farmer advisory initiatives that significantly scaled market share and product adoption across multiple crop clusters.

Earlier, Satish served as General Manager at Makhteshim Agan India Pvt. Ltd. (now Adama India), heading sales and marketing operations across 12 states in the East region. He successfully built high-performance field teams, optimized distribution models, and led the launch of differentiated agrochemical solutions tailored to regional agronomic needs.

His leadership foundation was shaped through key roles at Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd. and Dhanuka Agritech, where he gained extensive exposure across markets in North and East India. During these formative years, he led rural market development, drove product portfolio growth, and strengthened channel relationships across diverse agricultural landscapes.
