Dallas, Texas, USA, June 2024 – Sean Lee has joined HEI Hotels & Resorts as the new Director of Human Resources. Sean will lead the HR initiatives to support HEI Hotels & Resorts’ strategic goals and enhance the overall employee experience across the company.
Sean’s most recent role was at GF Hotels & Resorts, where he served in two capacities over four years. As the Area Director of Human Resources for over three years, he managed HR functions across multiple locations in the Greater Chicago Area, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management. Prior to that, he was the Director of Human Resources in College Station, Texas, where he streamlined HR processes and improved employee engagement.
Before joining GF Hotels & Resorts, Sean worked at NurseCore as the Regional Resources Manager for five months in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, he was responsible for HR operations, including recruitment and employee relations, across multiple regions.
Prior to NurseCore, Sean spent over two years at NewcrestImage. He started as the Executive Assistant of Development and Operations, where he supported operational and development initiatives. He was then promoted to Management Executive/Field Supervisor, where he oversaw field operations and ensured compliance with company standards.
Earlier in his career, Sean gained valuable experience at West Texas A&M University and Bar Z Winery. At West Texas A&M University, he worked as the External Relations Assistant in Intercollegiate Athletics and held various managerial roles in the Jack B. Kelley Student Center. At Bar Z Winery, he served as the Bar Lead & Winery Sommelier, managing the tasting room and enhancing the customer experience.
