Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, March 2025 – Shahida Sayes has been appointed as Head of People Experience – KSA at Tabby, where she will lead HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, workplace culture, and talent development. She will play a key role in enhancing people strategies and fostering an inspiring work environment to support Tabby’s mission of reshaping financial freedom.
Before joining Tabby, Shahida served as Director, People and Culture at TAM, where she was responsible for overseeing HR operations, driving digital transformation in HR processes, and implementing employer branding initiatives. During her tenure, she enhanced employee engagement programs and developed strategic HR frameworks to align people strategy with business goals.
Prior to TAM, Shahida was Head of People at Hala, where she led key HR functions, including organizational development, leadership training, and employee experience. She also served as Director, People at DETASAD, focusing on HR digital transformation and optimizing workforce performance. Her earlier experience includes roles at Careem, Emaar, and Chalhoub Group, where she played a pivotal role in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Over the course of her career, Shahida has gained extensive experience in HR leadership, employer branding, and strategic people management. Her expertise spans organizational development, compensation & benefits, and HR technology adoption, making her a valuable addition to Tabby’s leadership team.
