Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, August 2024 – Shailesh Goyal has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Innovatiview, a leading company in security systems services. In this new role, Shailesh will drive innovative people practices aimed at fostering rapid and sustainable growth within the organization. He expressed his excitement and gratitude to the founders, Ankit Agarwal and Ashish Mittal, for their visionary leadership and for laying the groundwork for future achievements.
Prior to joining Innovatiview, Shailesh served as Vice President – HR at Everest Group for approximately four and a half years. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in transforming the HR strategy and implementing streamlined processes throughout the employee lifecycle. His key achievements include revamping the hiring process, implementing competency-based performance reviews, and leading a global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) project.
Before his tenure at Everest Group, Shailesh had a brief yet impactful experience in the education sector, where he explored his interest in teaching and mentoring. This experience, which followed his departure from Network18 due to personal reasons, provided him with invaluable insights and lifelong learning.
Earlier, Shailesh served as Head HR – Digital Business at Network18 Media & Investments Limited for about one and a half years. Here, he led the HR function for rapidly evolving digital businesses, including industry-leading media properties such as Moneycontrol, Firstpost, and News18. He worked closely with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee experience through various initiatives.
Before these roles, Shailesh held positions at Times Internet Limited as General Manager – HR for over five years, where he led HR business partnering for multiple digital media and mobile internet businesses. His responsibilities included managing a large workforce, enhancing business efficiency, and implementing talent management strategies.
Earlier in his career, Shailesh also held HR roles at Nokia (Alcatel-Lucent Managed Solutions) as Senior Manager – HR, Moser Baer India Ltd as Deputy Manager – HR, and HCL Technologies as Senior Management Trainee – HR. In these roles, he gained experience across various HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, and performance appraisal.
