In this new position, Colin will be responsible for driving HR strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives, focusing on leadership development, talent acquisition, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
Prior to joining AlTi Tiedemann Global, Colin Peters served as the Managing Director and Founder of Devonshire HR Consulting, LLC for approximately 3 years, where he specialized in HR transformation, talent acquisition, and leadership development. He provided strategic HR consultancy to various organizations, enhancing their employee engagement and HR operations.
Before founding Devonshire HR Consulting, Colin held the position of HR Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at ACA Group for about 7 months. In this role, he was instrumental in optimizing HR processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Earlier, Colin spent nearly 6 years at Nomura, where he was the Head of Human Resources, Americas. During his tenure, he led significant HR transformations and played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with the business objectives of the organization.
Before joining Nomura, Colin had a long and successful tenure of nearly 19 years at Instinet Incorporated. He held various leadership roles, including Global Head of Human Resources and International Head of Human Resources. His extensive experience in strategic HR planning, leadership, and employee benefits design has been invaluable in shaping HR practices across global markets.
