Tel Aviv, Israel, June 2024 – Shani Brounshtein has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Atera. With over a decade of experience in human resources, Shani brings a wealth of expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development to her new role.
Atera has been a significant part of Shani Brounshtein’s professional journey. Before taking on her new role as Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2024, Shani served as the VP of HR from March 2020 to March 2024. During her tenure, she was instrumental in driving HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and leading strategic HR transformations. Prior to that, she was the Director of Human Resources at Atera from March 2018 to March 2020, where she managed HR operations and contributed to the company’s growth.
Before joining Atera, Shani worked at Plarium as an HR Business Partner from March 2013 to February 2018. In this role, she was the main focal point for managers and employees on various HR areas, supervised organizational and personal changes, and led the full employee life cycle. She was also responsible for recruitment, HR Information Systems, and welfare activities.
Shani’s career began at 888.com as a Web Recruitment Manager from 2008 to 2012, where she handled open positions and recruited candidates for the company’s office in Israel. She later joined Panaya as a Sourcing Manager from July 2012 to March 2013, managing global recruitment sources and building qualitative candidate pipelines. Shani also has experience as an Executive Assistant at Sungard from 2002 to 2007.
