Her leadership has been instrumental in driving financial transformation, strengthening planning and analysis frameworks, and supporting Awaze’s strategic growth initiatives across the travel and leisure sector.
Before joining Awaze, Sharla built a robust finance career at the Moneysupermarket Group, where she held multiple senior roles including Group Financial Controller, Head of Finance – Commercial Finance, and Head of Finance – Financial Planning & Analysis. During her tenure, she led key financial transformations, established strong governance processes, and enabled commercial growth across the company’s diverse business units.
Her earlier career includes significant contributions at MoneySuperMarket.com, MoneySavingExpert.com, Royal Mail, and Debenhams, where she gained deep experience in financial reporting, business planning, commercial finance, and performance management. Sharla’s broad financial acumen, coupled with her track record in transformation and leadership, positions her well to guide Awaze’s financial strategy and operational excellence as the company continues to expand its European footprint.
