Ireland, September 2025 – Sharon King has been appointed as Head of People & Culture at TTM Healthcare Group, marking an exciting new chapter in her HR leadership journey. In her new role, Sharon will lead the development and execution of progressive people strategies aligned with the company’s mission of connecting healthcare professionals with meaningful employment while enhancing internal culture, engagement, and growth.
Sharon joins TTM Healthcare Group after serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Purcell Construction, where she oversaw people strategies during a key phase of organisational evolution. Her focus included driving HR compliance, people operations, and embedding a high-performance culture across the organisation during her tenure.
Before that, Sharon spent over five years at QuidelOrtho as Senior Manager, Human Resources (EMEA). She played a crucial role in aligning HR functions across diverse geographies, implementing leadership development programs, and overseeing talent initiatives across the EMEA region. Her work was instrumental in ensuring employee experience and HR operations scaled in sync with business growth.
She also held the role of HR Account Manager for Creganna Medical at Kelly Services, where she managed high-volume talent acquisition, contract workforce strategy, and HR advisory for a global medical device manufacturer. Sharon was also HR Generalist at the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU), supporting recruitment, employee relations, and development initiatives for the sports body’s Galway operations.
Earlier in her career, Sharon contributed to organisations such as SourceDogg, Bio-Medical Research Ltd, and Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, where she held various HR roles, gaining foundational experience in operational HR, employee engagement, and internal HR systems support.
