Young brings to Agilysys a profound expertise and a rich background in IT and strategy development garnered from his extensive career spanning over two decades in the technology and hospitality sectors.

Before joining Agilysys, Young made significant contributions to Caesars Entertainment, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Strategy and Architecture, overseeing key strategic initiatives and technological advancements. His tenure at Tropicana Atlantic City as Director of Information Technology and Director of Application Development further solidified his reputation as a leader adept at driving technological innovation and operational excellence.

Young’s career also includes pivotal roles at Scientific Games and Bally Technologies, where he led professional and technical services, showcasing his ability to deliver customer-centric solutions and manage complex service portfolios. His earlier experience as a Programming Manager at Recon Automotive and Senior Programmer at Logical Solutions International has equipped him with a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of software development and technical service delivery.
