Singapore, May 2026 – Circles has announced the appointment of Shikha Sayal as Vice President, Sales & Customer Success for e& Group. The announcement was shared by Sanjay Kaul, CEO, Circles, who welcomed her to the organization and highlighted her extensive expertise in telecom, enterprise transformation, customer success, and strategic growth.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across global telecom and technology organizations, Shikha Sayal brings a strong track record in driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, customer success, and large-scale transformation programs. Her expertise spans BSS, IP Infrastructure, Telco Cloud, enterprise transformation, and customer-centric business leadership.
Before joining Circles, Shikha Sayal served as AVP Sales & Zonal Head – East at Pernod Ricard India, where she led regional business growth initiatives and strategic sales operations across the East region of India.
Prior to that, she held senior sales leadership roles with global technology companies including VMware and Cisco. At VMware, she worked as Director Sales (Telecom, Media & Entertainment), driving enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives for telecom and media clients. During her tenure at Cisco, she served as Director Sales – Global Service Provider, leading strategic engagements and customer relationships in the telecom sector.
Earlier in her career, Shikha spent over five years with Ericsson across leadership positions including Head ICT Sales and Director Sales (SI & Multimedia), where she contributed to ICT business expansion and multimedia solution growth. She also held important leadership assignments with Mavenir, Reliance Infocomm, Bharti Broadband Networks Ltd., Telstra, and Henkel, building deep expertise across telecom, enterprise sales, key account management, and technology-led business transformation.
Shikha Sayal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.
At Circles, she will focus on strengthening customer success, strategic partnerships, sales growth, and transformation initiatives for the e& Group ecosystem while helping deliver innovation-led value creation across global telecom markets.
