Shilpi Sardana Appointed as Associate Director Talent Acquisition & People Success at Netomi

Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Shilpi Sardana has been appointed as Associate Director Talent Acquisition & People Success at Netomi. In her new role, Shilpi will continue to play a crucial role in attracting the right talent, building a sustainable talent pipeline, and partnering with senior leadership globally to strengthen people success initiatives. With her extensive experience in recruitment strategy, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations, she is poised to enhance Netomi’s growth in the evolving AI and CX landscape.

Prior to her current appointment, Shilpi Sardana served as Head of Global Talent Acquisition & People Success (India) at Netomi, where she successfully led global talent strategies, managed recruitment teams, developed innovative sourcing strategies, and championed employee well-being and succession planning for nearly six years.

Before that, she was Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition & People Operations at Netomi, where she played a critical role in executing global HR processes locally across India, from talent management to employee engagement, and was actively involved in change management and compliance initiatives.

Earlier in her career, she worked as Manager – Talent Acquisition & People Operations at MyCityWay, where she developed standardized HR strategies and partnered with local business leaders to drive critical initiatives such as organizational design, succession planning, and workforce planning.

She also served as HR Business Partner at Xcelion Advisory Private Limited, where she designed recruiting strategies, managed lateral hiring for HR functions, and partnered with senior business leaders to build strong recruiting pipelines across regions.

Shilpi Sardana holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier institutions for management education. She also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) specializing in Human Resources Management from the New Delhi Institute of Management.
