Shiv Rawat joins V-Trans India as CHRO

Seasoned entrepreneur Shiv Rawat has joined V-Trans India as CHRO. Earlier, he was associated with DTDC Express Ltd. as Vice President and HR for over 27 years.

He announced the news on the social media platform LinkedIn, stating,  “I am thrilled to share a significant milestone in my professional journey. After an incredible 27 years with DTDC Express, I am excited to announce my transition to a new opportunity at V-Trans Group as CHRO for the group.”

Talking about his new role at V-Trans India, he said the group has exciting things for him to explore. He is ready for the new challenges and growth prospects. 

On asking about him leaving DTDC, with whom he was associated for over two decades, he said that it was a thoughtful but tough decision on his part to move out from the delivery giant. However, he also said that he is grateful to DTDC for evolving and supporting him as a leader, which made his journey quite exciting and intriguing. Rawat extended gratitude to his mentors, colleagues, and well-wishers at DTDC. 

At V-Trans, he will be looking into HR Policies, Recruitment, Talent Retention and Development, Compensation, Performance Management, and Career Progression. 

Shiv Rawat joined DTDC in 1996 as the Vice President and Head of HR, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s working culture with a focus on future trends.
