Based in Delhi NCR, Shrimi will drive occupier-centric solutions, focusing on aligning workplace strategy, portfolio optimization, and transaction advisory with clients’ evolving business priorities.
Shrimi brings over 16 years of expertise in the corporate real estate sector, having led large-scale mandates across multinational clients and global financial institutions. She is known for her data-driven approach and strong business acumen, making her a trusted advisor in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Shrimi spent more than seven years at JLL India, where she held progressive leadership roles including Senior Director and Director, delivering complex real estate strategies for clients across sectors. Her ability to navigate market dynamics, negotiate major transactions, and structure occupier strategies played a key role in the firm’s client growth and portfolio success.
Before JLL, she held leadership positions at India Sotheby’s International Realty and CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd. At CBRE, Shrimi transacted over 0.5 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate in Mumbai and Delhi NCR. She also contributed to CBRE’s strategic research publications, offering insights on market trends, rental values, and demand forecasts. Her expertise in advisory, research, and business development made her a go-to leader for client strategy and portfolio alignment.
