Shweta Jain Promoted to Director of HR for Europe and Asia at ICF

ICF, a leading global consulting and technology services company, has promoted Shweta Jain to Director of HR for Europe and Asia.

In her new role, Jain brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of human resource management to oversee the strategic HR initiatives across two critical regions for the company.

Jain’s journey at ICF began over seven years ago, during which time she has significantly contributed to the HR department. Her previous position as Senior Manager of HR for Europe & Asia saw her leading a team responsible for all operational, tactical, and generalist elements of HR. Jain’s strategic partnership with ICF’s Divisional and Line of Business leaders has been instrumental in advising and supporting their areas of business on all people-related matters, showcasing her ability to lead projects that directly impact revenue, engagement, and growth.

Before ascending to her role at ICF, Jain demonstrated her HR prowess at JK Technosoft Ltd as an Assistant Manager HR and at NIIT Limited as a People Engagement Manager HR. Her early career also included a significant stint at Aegis Limited, where she honed her skills in HR management.
