Ahmedabad, Gujarat, September 2024 – Siddhartha Pandey has started his new role as Associate Vice President – Supply Chain at Shalby Limited, where he will lead strategic initiatives in supply management, material planning, and procurement for the hospital chain. With extensive experience in supply chain management across the healthcare and diagnostics industries, Siddhartha is set to drive cost reduction and operational efficiency at Shalby.
Before joining Shalby Limited, Siddhartha Pandey served as Zonal Head- SCM at Marengo Asia Healthcare for over 1 year, where he was responsible for managing the supply chain across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless operations and improving cost efficiency.
Siddhartha also worked at Sterling Accuris Diagnostics for nearly 6 years in various leadership roles, including AVP – Supply Chain & Logistics. During his tenure, he successfully managed end-to-end supply chain processes, contributing to operational improvements in multiple diagnostic centers.
Prior to Sterling, Siddhartha was associated with Quest Diagnostics for approximately 5 years, where he handled procurement, demand and supply planning, warehousing, and distribution across India, strengthening the overall supply chain processes for the company.
Earlier in his career, Siddhartha gained valuable experience in Factory Supply Chain & Logistics at Baxter International, Customer Services Distribution at Nestlé India, and Customer Services Logistics at GSK Consumer Healthcare India, where he played pivotal roles in operations, stock management, and logistics coordination.
