Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2025 – Junglee Games, a Flutter Group company and one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing skill games platforms, has announced the appointment of Sidharth Gupta as Global Director – Talent Acquisition. In this new role, Gupta will lead the company’s global hiring strategy, focusing on expanding its high-performance talent pool across international markets and driving innovation in the fast-paced gaming sector.
Prior to joining Junglee Games, Sidharth Gupta served as India Head – Technology Hiring at Amazon for three years, where he played a crucial role in shaping the company’s tech hiring strategy, leading leadership hiring, diversity recruitment, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Before Amazon, he was Head – Talent Acquisition and HRBP at IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, overseeing HR operations and recruitment strategy across the Marketplace division, with a focus on process optimization and senior-level hiring.
Gupta also led Talent Acquisition & Strategic HR at Samsung R&D Institute India for over seven years, where he built large-scale hiring strategies, managed HR transformation initiatives, and collaborated closely with business leaders to strengthen the company’s talent framework.
He began his HR leadership journey at Infosys as Lead – Talent Acquisition, and before that, he spent several years in software engineering roles at DXC Technology (formerly CSC) and Capgemini, where he also partnered with HR for campus hiring and tech trainings. Gupta holds an MBA in Human Resources from International Management Institute (IMI).
