Sudan joins Mphasis with over 20 years of experience in human resources, spanning leadership roles across employee relations, HR operations, CSR projects, and organizational transformation. He has developed a strong reputation for building people-centric strategies, fostering inclusive workplaces, and aligning HR priorities with business outcomes.
Before joining Mphasis, Sudan had a long tenure at Concentrix, where he most recently served as Associate Director Human Resources. In this capacity, he managed strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, and employee engagement across large delivery centers, playing a pivotal role in shaping HR processes for a complex, high-growth business environment.
Earlier at Concentrix, he held the role of DGM – HR (CSR Projects), where he combined HR leadership with impactful social responsibility programs, bridging organizational objectives with community development. He also served as Location HR Leader across multiple geographies including Pune and Noida, overseeing HR operations for large employee bases and building location-specific strategies to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
Sudan began his career after earning an MBA in Human Resources Development from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), which laid the foundation for his deep expertise in HR strategy and leadership. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to balance people priorities with business transformation goals, making him a trusted HR leader in the technology services sector.
