Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 – Sindhu Shri has joined Porter as Head of Talent Acquisition, taking charge of the company’s talent acquisition strategy as it continues its rapid growth journey across India and international markets.
With nearly two decades of experience in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, technology recruitment, and workforce scaling, Sindhu brings a strong track record of building high-performing recruitment functions for some of the world’s most recognized technology and digital-first organizations. In her new role, she will lead Porter’s talent acquisition efforts, supporting the company’s mission of transforming logistics through technology and innovation while enabling the next phase of organizational growth.
Porter has emerged as one of India’s leading technology-driven logistics platforms, serving millions of MSMEs and driver partners while expanding its presence across more than 30 Indian cities. Sindhu’s appointment reflects the company’s continued investment in attracting world-class talent to support its ambitious growth plans.
Before joining Porter, Sindhu Shri served as Director – Talent Acquisition at Multiplier, where she played a key role in strengthening global talent acquisition capabilities for the rapidly growing employment and payroll technology company. Her experience in scaling distributed teams and supporting international growth initiatives further strengthened her expertise in building talent strategies for high-growth organizations.
Prior to Multiplier, she worked with Abnormal AI as Talent Manager for India and APAC, where she led hiring initiatives across the region for one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies. During this period, she focused on attracting top technology talent while supporting the company’s expansion across key Asian markets.
Sindhu also spent over three years with Coinbase as a Talent Leader, contributing to talent acquisition efforts for one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency and blockchain technology companies. Her work supported the scaling of critical teams during a period of significant growth and innovation within the digital assets ecosystem.
A substantial part of her career was built at Flipkart, where she spent more than seven years in progressively senior talent acquisition leadership roles, including Associate Director Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead, and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition. During her tenure, she led large-scale technology hiring initiatives, partnered closely with business leaders, and played a critical role in building talent pipelines that supported Flipkart’s evolution into one of India’s largest e-commerce organizations.
Earlier in her career, Sindhu held talent acquisition and recruitment leadership roles with Tesco HSC, Hewlett-Packard (HP), and Karvin Consulting Services, developing deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment, technology hiring, stakeholder management, and talent strategy. Across these organizations, she built a reputation for creating exceptional candidate experiences while delivering high-quality talent solutions aligned with business objectives.
