Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 – Uni Klinger Limited (UKL) has announced the appointment of Yogita Shetty as Head – Human Resources. Bringing over 19 years of experience across talent management, organizational culture, performance management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and strategic HR business partnering, Yogita will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s people agenda and supporting UKL’s continued growth and transformation journey.
In her new role, Yogita will lead the human resources function at Uni Klinger Limited, driving talent strategy, leadership capability building, workforce effectiveness, culture enhancement, and organizational development initiatives. Her appointment reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its people capabilities as it continues to expand its leadership position in fluid control and fluid sealing solutions.
Prior to joining Uni Klinger Limited, Yogita Shetty served as Head Corporate HR and Business HR for Environment, Agriculture, and Projects Businesses at Neterwala Group, where she spent over five years building and scaling HR functions across diversified businesses. During her tenure, she partnered closely with promoters, CEOs, and business leaders to drive workforce effectiveness, succession planning, leadership capability development, organizational culture initiatives, and enterprise-wide HR digitalization programs including Darwinbox and SuccessFactors implementations.
Earlier, Yogita worked with Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited as Lead – Performance, Culture and Corporate HR Business Partner. In this role, she led corporate HR business partnering, performance management, reward practices, and culture-building initiatives for a workforce of over 3,500 employees. Her contributions supported the company’s efforts to strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture, helping establish Zee as a recognized Great Place to Work.
Before joining Zee, she held a leadership role with SBI General Insurance as Lead Employee Engagement and Talent Management. There, she guided talent management, employee engagement, and corporate HR partnering initiatives across a workforce of more than 3,000 employees. Her efforts contributed significantly to strengthening employee experience and supporting the organization’s recognition as a Great Place to Work.
Yogita also spent over six years with Essar Power Ltd, where she progressed through various HR leadership assignments and ultimately led talent engagement, special projects, and business partnering initiatives at the corporate level. Her responsibilities included business advisory, high-potential development programs, employee value proposition branding, leadership coaching, engagement framework design, and organizational culture interventions across a workforce of more than 2,800 employees.
She began her professional journey with Blue Sky HR Solution, where she worked as an HR Business Partner for client organizations including Paymate, Bectochem, and First Advantage before moving into leadership responsibilities overseeing the Background Verification business vertical. These formative experiences laid the foundation for her expertise in talent management, HR transformation, employee engagement, and strategic people leadership.
