Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2025 — Sivakumar Subramanian has taken on the role of Vice President – Global Delivery Head, Cyber Security at HCLTech, marking a pivotal moment in the company’s pursuit of cybersecurity excellence. With over 25 years of experience in information security, managed security services, and global delivery, Siva’s appointment underscores HCLTech’s commitment to expanding its footprint in digital risk protection through innovation, scale, and client-centricity.

Prior to joining HCLTech, Siva served at Accenture for more than seven years in several strategic capacities. Most recently, he was Global Delivery Lead – Cyber Detection and Response Services, overseeing operations across 22+ Cyber Fusion Centers and SOCs, and driving next-gen MxDR services enabled by automation and GenAI. He also led cybersecurity delivery in cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, serving over 150 enterprise clients worldwide.

Earlier at Accenture, he held the role of Managing Director – Cyber Protection Practice, where he led a 2600+ strong team and oversaw delivery of identity, platform, cloud, and application security for over 250 global clients. He also incubated the Integrated Cloud Security Services (ICSS) function and played a foundational role in setting up cloud security factories and frameworks for secure cloud adoption.

Before Accenture, he held key leadership roles at Cognizant, where he served as Sr. Director – Enterprise Risk and Security Services, building a global security practice of over 700 professionals. He was earlier associated with Capgemini, Sapient Corporation, HP, and Satyam, driving large-scale transformation programs across security, enterprise content management, and infrastructure modernization.

An alumnus of PMP certification from PMI and a CISM-certified leader (ISACA, USA), Siva also contributes actively to academia as a Board of Studies (BoS) member at Reva University, and frequently shares his insights at cybersecurity forums across the industry.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
