Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2026 – McDonald’s has announced the appointment of Skye Anderson as U.S. Chief Operating Officer, McDonald’s USA, as part of a broader leadership restructuring aimed at strengthening execution excellence and enterprise transformation.
In this newly created role, Anderson will bring together core functional teams responsible for delivering operational excellence across restaurants. Her responsibilities include direct leadership of U.S. National Operations, Restaurant Development, and McOpCo, along with oversight of U.S. Supply Chain and Technology—creating a fully integrated operations ecosystem to ensure consistent, high-quality restaurant experiences.
Anderson brings over 25 years of experience with McDonald’s, having most recently served as President, Global Business Services (GBS). In this role, she built and scaled a global capability from the ground up, including establishing operations in Hyderabad and Mexico City, while modernizing processes to enhance speed, agility, and enterprise-wide efficiency.
Her earlier leadership roles include serving as President, West Zone, McDonald’s USA, where she led strategy and operations for over 5,700 restaurants, and Field Vice President, overseeing strong performance across multiple U.S. regions. She also held key financial leadership roles in Australia, including Chief Financial Officer, further strengthening her global business perspective.
This appointment underscores McDonald’s commitment to aligning systems, tools, and supply chains to deliver consistent customer experiences while accelerating growth across the U.S. business.
