Buenos Aires, Argentina, April 2025 – Sofia Rappazzo has been appointed as the Head of People at Diabla, a rising star in the food, supplements, and wellness industry dedicated to offering indulgent yet nutritious options without judgment or restriction. In her new role, Sofia will lead the organization’s end-to-end people strategy, focusing on shaping a human-centered culture aligned with Diabla’s mission of nourishment, empowerment, and sustainable growth.
With a strong background in human capital management, operations, and employee experience, Sofia will be responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, compensation, internal communication, and cultivating a strong organizational culture. Her appointment comes at a time when Diabla is rapidly expanding, and her leadership will be instrumental in building scalable people processes that balance operational efficiency with emotional intelligence.

Most recently, Sofia served as Human Resources Generalist at Callao, where she played a key role in supporting HR processes and contributing to people-centric operations. Prior to that, she was People Analyst at Cabify, overseeing payroll processes across Argentina and Uruguay, managing benefits, internal communication, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Earlier in her journey, she worked as People Generalist at Koibanx, where she managed onboarding, contracts, leave policies, team-building initiatives, and internal events for LATAM. Her legal foundation was laid over six years in Argentina’s judicial sector, where she worked at Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and as a Procuradora and Junior Lawyer at Estudio Jurídico Rappazzo, developing keen attention to compliance and employee relations.
