Cairo, Egypt, March 2025 – Sola Nady has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SAUDI AMERICAN GROUP. In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources strategy, talent management, and organizational development to support business growth across multiple regions.
Prior to joining SAUDI AMERICAN GROUP, Sola Nady served as CEO Assistant at Bingo Global for Trading & Supplies, where she played a key role in administrative and operational management for over a year. Her contributions focused on streamlining business processes and enhancing corporate efficiency.
Before that, she held the position of Office Manager at Mimar Group (Engineering Consultant) for four months, where she was responsible for ensuring smooth business operations and office administration.
With nearly seven years of experience at NCG Al Nour Consulting Group, Sola Nady served as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, focusing on personnel management, payroll administration, recruiting, and labor law compliance. She also took on additional responsibilities as an Administrative Manager, managing supplier relations, office administration, and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, she worked as an HR Coordinator at Wataniya Restaurants, where she developed expertise in HR policies, time management, and organization planning. She also gained administrative experience at AtoZ, where she managed key operational tasks.
