MOUNT PEARL, NL, Canada, September 2024 — Solace Power Inc. (“Solace”), renowned for its cutting-edge wireless power technology, proudly announces the appointment of Neil Desai, ICD.D, as the Chair of its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Neil Desai is a distinguished executive known for his strategic prowess in global technology commercialization. He has played a pivotal role at Magnet Forensics, guiding the company from its inception through to a public offering and its eventual sale to Thoma Bravo for $1.8 billion in 2023.
