Lincoln, Nebraska, United States, January 2025 – Somya Mathur has taken on the role of Vice President, Talent Solutions & Customer Success at SeekOut, where she will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives in talent management and customer success. Leveraging her expertise, Somya will drive growth strategies, foster customer relationships, and align product capabilities with market demands to deliver exceptional outcomes for SeekOut’s clients.
Somya joined SeekOut in April 2024 as Vice President, Talent Solutions, where she spearheaded the company’s go-to-market (GTM) strategies and successfully built frameworks for sustainable customer adoption. Her collaborative leadership ensured alignment across sales, marketing, and product management teams.
Prior to SeekOut, Somya served as Senior Director, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Covetrus, where she led impactful DEI initiatives for a global workforce of 5,500 team members. She partnered with executive leadership to formulate KPIs, enhance HR transformation efforts, and advance employee resource groups.
At Qualtrics, Somya held multiple roles, including EX Strategy Leader, Financial Services, where she led account planning and provided thought leadership, and Principal, EX Solution Strategy, where she collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative employee experience solutions.
Somya also contributed to leadership development as a Senior Leadership Consultant at Talent Plus, Inc. and demonstrated her expertise in organizational transformation during her tenure at Aon and Deloitte.
