Prior to joining SSH Design, Sophie Jules Massant served as Chief Support Officer at Rasan for over two years, where she oversaw cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Admin, Communications, and Procurement. She played a key role in preparing the company for IPO readiness, driving employee experience programs, and implementing OKR-based performance systems.

She simultaneously led her boutique advisory firm, Sophie Jules Growth Catalyst, for nearly three years, where she advised UAE and KSA-based clients on culture transformation, HR growth strategies, executive coaching, and sustainable change models — particularly for high-growth fintechs and innovation-focused companies.

Earlier, she held a strategic HR leadership role at Bahri, where she served as Head of HR – Centre of Excellence, leading compensation reviews, digital transformation via Oracle Fusion HCM, and talent development for a diverse, region-wide workforce. She had also worked extensively with government-backed initiatives and young nationals development programs.

Previously, Sophie spent over two years at Jacobs as HR Manager for the Expo 2020 Programme Office, where she collaborated with the Expo HR team on Emiratization, apprenticeships, and regional people leadership development. Prior to that, she held HR leadership roles at DP World, Seadrill, Suez, and APM Terminals, gaining deep expertise in organizational design, stakeholder alignment, employee engagement, and international HR operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
