In her new role, she will be responsible for driving the organization’s HR strategy, overseeing talent management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness across its diverse digital platforms.
Das Sharma has been with mjunction for nearly a decade, most recently serving as Group Manager – Human Resources for three years. In this role, she led talent acquisition and capability building initiatives and was recognized with multiple accolades including the Spotlight Award for significant contributions to business growth (March 2023), Customer Champion Award (June 2022), the Dream Team Award (March 2021), and the Above & Beyond Award (November 2020). Over her tenure, she earned two promotions and more than 50 recognitions for her exceptional impact on the business.
Earlier at mjunction, she worked as Senior Manager – Human Resources, gaining broad experience across HR Centers of Excellence. Her assignments spanned workforce planning, L&D, HR project implementation, policy development, and employee relations. She previously served as Manager – Human Resources, where she built credibility as a proactive HR business partner, driving recruitment, HR project management, and employee engagement.
Before joining mjunction, Das Sharma spent over seven years at Navigators Software Pvt. Ltd. (Navsoft) as HR Business Partner, where she led recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training programs. She began her career as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Recruitment®, gaining foundational experience in sourcing and strategic hiring.
