Phnom Penh, Cambodia, November 2025 — Sreyvoat Vat has joined Wing Bank as Head of People Business Partner, where she will lead strategic HR partnership, talent acquisition, and workforce planning initiatives across the organization. With over 15 years of experience in banking and microfinance HR leadership, Sreyvoat brings extensive expertise in talent management, performance systems, and people development to one of Cambodia’s most innovative financial institutions.
At Wing, Sreyvoat will focus on strengthening the organization’s people strategy by aligning business goals with HR functions, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability, and advancing leadership capability across all business units.
Prior to joining Wing, Sreyvoat Vat served as Head of Human Capital Management at Prince Bank Plc., where she led the full spectrum of HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, rewards, and employee engagement. She played a pivotal role in shaping Prince Bank’s human capital strategy and led multiple HR transformation initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
Before that, she held several key leadership roles at Prince Bank, including Head of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Performance Management, and earlier, Head of Recruitment and Talent Management, where she implemented innovative programs for talent retention, succession planning, and employment branding.
Earlier in her career, she spent nearly four years with Amret Microfinance Institution (MFI), serving as Deputy Head of Human Resources and later as Manager of Recruitment and Job Management. Her contributions included implementing robust compensation structures, developing performance frameworks, and managing HR business partnerships for multiple divisions.
Prior to her experience at Amret MFI, Sreyvoat held leadership roles at Canadia Bank as Head of Recruitment and Employee Relations, and at ANZ Royal Bank as a Recruitment Consultant, where she managed strategic talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. She began her HR career with Great Alliances Co., Ltd., where she worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, managing key client relationships and executive hiring mandates.
