Kasaragod, Kerala, India, April 2025 – Sruthi Francis has taken over as Head of the Human Resources Department at Aster MIMS Kasaragod, a part of the renowned Aster Hospitals group. In her new role, Sruthi will spearhead the hospital’s HR strategy, talent operations, and employee engagement initiatives, focusing on aligning people practices with clinical excellence and patient-centric care.
Prior to this role, Sruthi served as Assistant General Manager at Meditrina Hospitals in Kollam, where she was instrumental in driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering organizational efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Before that, she held the position of Senior Manager – Human Resources Operations at Rajagiri Hospital, Kochi, where she led a diverse team of HR professionals, overseeing core HR functions including talent management, learning and development, payroll, and compliance. Her leadership strengthened operational workflows and improved employee engagement metrics.
Sruthi also spent nearly six years at Aster Medcity, Ernakulam, as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where she specialized in clinician and nursing recruitment, contributing significantly to the institution’s talent acquisition and capacity building goals during a critical period of organizational growth.
Her earlier experience includes roles at AL Abeer Medical Academy as HR Executive and National Hospital Kozhikode as Administrative Officer, where she managed end-to-end recruitment and hospital administration tasks, building a solid foundation in healthcare HR operations.
