Parsippany, New Jersey, United States, April 2025 – Michelle Landolfi has joined Kline + Company as the Head of Global Human Resources, where she will lead the organization’s HR strategy, operations, and global talent initiatives. Based in Parsippany, New Jersey, Michelle brings with her a wealth of experience in strategic HR leadership and organizational transformation.
Michelle most recently served as Human Resources Director at iLABS (Innovation Labs) Inc., where she led key initiatives in talent management and performance alignment across a dynamic innovation-driven environment.
Prior to that, she worked for over four years at Color Street HQ – Innovative Cosmetic Concepts as Director of Human Resources, where she managed end-to-end HR operations, developed and executed HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, and championed employee engagement, wellness, and inclusion. Her leadership played a critical role in talent development and cultural evolution during the company’s high-growth phase.
Before her time at Color Street, Michelle was Human Resources Manager at DMG America LLC, where she partnered closely with the leadership team on organizational development, compensation structuring, and full-cycle recruitment, in addition to overseeing compliance and policy governance.
Michelle also held an extensive five-year tenure as HR Generalist at KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc., where she supported core HR functions and drove performance effectiveness initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served as District Recruiter & Office Manager at Aflac, building foundational experience in recruitment, training, and office operations.
