Chișinău, Moldova, February 2026 – Madalina Bolea has started a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at LuxeSkies, marking a significant step in her evolving HR leadership journey.
In her new role, Madalina will lead the People strategy for LuxeSkies, supporting the company’s premium Business & First Class travel services between the US and Europe. As the organization expands its Smart Deals and Signature Concierge offerings, she will focus on building strong people foundations, scalable HR processes, and a high-performance culture aligned with the brand’s customer-centric and service-driven ethos.
Prior to this appointment, Madalina served as Founder & Retail Growth Strategist in a self-employed capacity, driving business development and strategic initiatives. Earlier, she progressed through HR leadership roles at Business Class, where she moved from Human Resources Coordinator to Head of Human Resources, overseeing HR operations and supporting organizational growth.
Her earlier career includes roles in partnership coordination at Aluxium, accounting and bookkeeping positions at A to Z Accountants, and recruitment and HR specialist roles at Top Team Resources & Recruitment LTD and Adecco. These experiences provided her with strong foundations in recruitment, finance, and operational HR across the UK and Moldova.
