In this capacity, Stacey will oversee strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and organizational growth to further the company’s mission as one of Southern California’s most respected builders.
Stacey joined Snyder Langston in 2019 as Human Resources Director, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing HR processes and organizational effectiveness. Over three years, her contributions to employee engagement and talent management earned her a promotion to Senior Human Resources Director in 2022. In this capacity, she implemented impactful people strategies that supported the company’s vision for growth and excellence.
Prior to joining Snyder Langston, Stacey held several HR leadership roles. At Yokohama Tire Corporation, she served as Head of Human Resources for the Mississippi Manufacturing division, driving workforce strategies and HR operations. Her earlier tenure at CoreLogic as Senior Human Resources Manager/HRBP further refined her ability to align HR practices with business goals, while her roles at Kia America and Hyundai AutoEver America showcased her expertise in managing complex HR functions in fast-paced corporate environments.
Stacey began her career as a Human Resources Consultant at Gevity (now part of TriNet), where she developed tailored HR solutions for diverse clients.
