Milan, Italy – Kering, the prestigious Italian luxury conglomerate, has announced Stefano Cantino as the newly appointed Deputy CEO of Gucci. This strategic move introduces a new leadership role within the iconic fashion house, signaling a fresh direction for the brand. Cantino, with a rich background in the luxury sector, will assume his duties on May 2nd, directly reporting to Gucci’s CEO, Jean-François Palus.

Prior to joining Gucci, Cantino was pivotal at Louis Vuitton in France, where he led as the Senior Vice President of Communication and Events for nearly six years. His extensive tenure at the Prada Group further solidified his reputation, where he spent nearly 13 years in various significant roles, including as Director of Communication and Marketing, enhancing brand strategies for luxury subsidiaries such as Miu Miu and Church’s.
