Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, January 2025 – Steph Gibson has been appointed as the Vice-President, Learning & Development at BFL CANADA. In this role, she will focus on leading employee growth strategies, enhancing learning programs, and driving professional development initiatives across the organization.
Steph Gibson has been with BFL CANADA for over two years, serving as Director, Learning & Development and Manager, Employee Development. During this time, she played a pivotal role in employee training strategies, creating impactful learning experiences aimed at building a skilled and engaged workforce.
Prior to this, Gibson worked at Liberty Mutual Canada as a Senior Underwriting Specialist in Crisis Management, where she gained expertise in risk assessment and insurance strategies. She also held the role of Client Service Manager at BFL CANADA earlier in her career, before transitioning to focus on learning and development. Her earlier roles included Assistant Vice President at Marsh Canada Limited, where she specialized in risk management for corporate clients in sectors like food and beverage, retail, and media.
