London, United Kingdom, January 2026 — Stephanie Mather has started a new position as Head of People Partnering and Talent Acquisition (FTC) at AllSaints. In this contract role, she will lead the People Partnering and Talent Acquisition agenda, supporting the business through its next phase of growth while strengthening organisational capability, culture, and talent outcomes.
In her most recent role, Stephanie served as Human Resources Manager at Wolverine Worldwide, where she was the strategic HR lead for corporate functions across Wolverine Europe EMEA and Sweaty Betty, supporting approximately 400 employees. During this period, she led organisational restructures and cultural transformation initiatives, partnered with regional and global HR leaders to deliver strategic roadmaps, and acted as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent, structure, and engagement. She also played a key role in learning and development, delivering high-impact programmes as a certified DISC and Insights facilitator, while co-leading inclusion initiatives such as the Working Parents Group across the EMEA business.
Earlier at Wolverine Worldwide, Stephanie spent six years as HR Business Partner, supporting multiple commercial brand groups across Europe. In this role, she led regional learning and development strategies, drove talent management and succession planning, chaired the EMEA Employee Experience Group, and shaped recruitment strategies across the region. Her work consistently focused on aligning people initiatives with commercial priorities, strengthening engagement, and building sustainable leadership pipelines.
Prior to joining Wolverine Worldwide, Stephanie held the role of Senior HR Advisor at The Dune Group, where she partnered with headquarters, warehouse, and international retail teams, advising senior leaders on complex employee relations matters across several European markets. She was also responsible for developing HR capability within the team, leading talent reviews, and supporting succession planning across departments.
Stephanie’s earlier career includes people advisory and HR roles with Oasis Fashion, Warehouse Fashions, Hobbs, and Arcadia Group, where she built a strong foundation in employee relations, talent acquisition, policy development, and organisational change across complex retail environments.
With more than a decade of HR experience across global fashion and consumer brands, Stephanie brings deep expertise in people partnering, talent acquisition, organisational transformation, and leadership advisory to her new role at AllSaints.
