Birmingham, United Kingdom, October 2024 – Stephanie Parsons has been appointed as the Vice President – People, Defence at Rolls-Royce, a role in which she will lead the strategic people management efforts for the Defence division. In this capacity, Stephanie will oversee HR functions, employee engagement, and talent development, driving initiatives that support Rolls-Royce’s Defence business.
Prior to this new role, Stephanie served as the Senior Employee Relations Manager at Rolls-Royce for over two years, where she was responsible for leading employee relations strategies and fostering positive workplace environments. Her leadership helped enhance employee engagement and address complex workforce challenges across the company.
Before joining Rolls-Royce, Stephanie gained extensive experience at Jaguar Land Rover, where she spent nearly eight years in various HR roles. Most recently, she was the HR Manager – Employee Relations & Engagement, where she managed employee relations and engagement initiatives at Jaguar Land Rover’s Whitley facility. In her earlier roles, she served as a Senior HR Consultant and HR Consultant focusing on shared services and manufacturing units, contributing significantly to workforce management and HR operations.
Stephanie began her career in HR as a Human Resources Assistant at Corps Security, where she honed her skills in human resource functions, setting the foundation for her successful career in HR leadership.
