Missoula, Montana, United States – October 2024 – Steve Rosenbaum has been appointed as the Chief Information Officer at Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN). In his new role, Steve will lead the organization’s IT strategies, driving innovations that enhance care delivery, streamline operations, and support the organization’s mission to empower self-directed care.
Steve has been with Consumer Direct Care Network for nearly 11 years. Prior to his promotion, he served as the Sr. Director – Systems for over five years, where he played a crucial role in overseeing IT infrastructure and system upgrades to optimize service delivery.
Before that, Steve held the position of Sr. Director – Claims for over four years, managing claims processes and ensuring efficient operations in line with CDCN’s compliance and service standards.
Earlier in his tenure at CDCN, Steve served as the Billing Manager for nearly two years, where he streamlined billing procedures and improved financial accuracy across the network.
Before joining CDCN, Steve was the President/Owner of Steve Rosenbaum Enterprises for over seven years, focusing on consulting and business management services in the Missoula region.
