Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2026 – Steve Rudderham has joined Ecolab as Senior Vice President, Global Business Services (GBS+), where he will lead the company’s global GBS+ platform, encompassing operations, service delivery, global delivery centers, and FinOps capability leadership.
In this role, Steve Rudderham will play a critical role in advancing Ecolab’s enterprise-wide transformation, leveraging AI, digital capabilities, and modern operating models to build more connected, efficient, and value-driven global services. His leadership will further strengthen the GBS+ function as a central enabler of business agility, decision-making, and scalable growth.
Prior to joining Ecolab, Steve Rudderham served as Head of Global Business Services at Carrier, where he led a global team of over 2,000 professionals, driving enterprise-wide transformation through the centralization and optimization of finance, HR, customer operations, and master data functions. His work focused on delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that enhanced operational efficiency and business value.
Earlier, he held a similar leadership role at AkzoNobel, where he expanded a global shared services organization across multiple delivery centers, driving digital transformation across finance, HR, IT services, and master data management, while significantly improving organizational health and capability development.
He also served as Vice President – Global Business Services Leader at Kellogg Company, where he led global operations spanning multiple geographies, overseeing functions including finance, supply chain, IT services, procurement, and HR, and driving a shift from transactional services to integrated, customer-focused operations.
Earlier in his career, Rudderham held senior leadership roles at Accenture, Capgemini, and Genpact, where he built deep expertise in global operations, finance transformation, shared services, and large-scale delivery excellence across multiple industries and geographies.
