In his new role, he will lead the company’s people strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational culture, workforce planning, and HR transformation to support the next phase of business expansion.
Prior to joining 1Buy.AI, Ghose served as Vice President – HR at Revfin, where he led the human resources function for one of India’s leading digital lending and fintech companies. During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening organizational capability, talent strategy, employee engagement, and people practices aligned with the company’s rapid business growth.
Earlier, he was Vice President & Head – Sales HR at Spice Money, partnering with the sales organization to drive workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and HR business partnering across one of India’s largest rural fintech networks.
Before that, Ghose served as Chief Human Resource Officer at Nalanda Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd., where he was responsible for leading the organization’s people strategy and HR function during its growth phase.
Previously, he worked as Chief Human Resource Officer at ROI Net Solution, leading enterprise-wide HR transformation, talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Ghose served as Chief People Officer at Zoom Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., where he established people strategies supporting organizational expansion and business transformation.
He also held the position of Head – HR at ABP News Network, leading HR operations for one of India’s leading media organizations.
Prior to that, Ghose worked as Chief Manager – HR at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., HR Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, Assistant Manager at Sahara Global, and Deputy Manager at Tybros, building over two decades of leadership experience across fintech, financial services, media, insurance, education, technology, and consumer businesses.
