Mumbai, India, February 2025 – Sudipta Ghosh has been appointed as Chief Delivery Officer at PwC India, transitioning from his leadership role in the firm’s Data and Analytics Practice. In this newly constituted role, he will drive operational efficiency, optimize service delivery, and introduce innovative ways of working to strengthen PwC India’s position as a leader in professional services. His focus will be on enhancing delivery frameworks, streamlining processes, and ensuring client-centric excellence.
Sudipta has been an integral part of PwC for nearly 26 years, most recently serving as Partner and Analytics Leader. He has played a transformative role in advancing corporate performance management, business intelligence, and analytics solutions. Having founded PwC India’s Research and Analytics Group, he has been instrumental in developing frameworks for planning, budgeting, consolidation, scorecards, and dashboards, helping businesses make data-driven decisions.
Prior to this, Sudipta held the role of Associate Director at PwC, where he served as Country Head of Corporate Performance Management (CPM), leading large-scale business intelligence and analytics transformation projects. He also contributed significantly as Managing Consultant, where he designed and executed BI and CPM solutions tailored for complex business landscapes. His expertise in performance metrics, business transformation, and analytics strategy made him a key enabler in optimizing PwC India’s data-driven advisory services.
Before stepping into leadership roles, Sudipta worked in PwC UK as a Principal Consultant and Consultant, where he led business transformation projects, technology-driven insights, and analytics initiatives for global clients. His experience in the London office enabled him to build deep capabilities in technology-led service innovation and global delivery models, which he later brought to India to enhance PwC’s strategic consulting practice.
Earlier in his career, Sudipta worked at IBM Global Services as a Software Engineer, where he gained hands-on experience in enterprise software solutions, data-driven technology, and IT services. His early exposure to technology and innovation laid a strong foundation for his later contributions in analytics, corporate performance management, and operational strategy.
