Her dual roles at these organizations underscored her capability in navigating the unique needs of healthcare-focused teams.
Before her tenure in orthodontics, Sue held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at AusNet Services, the leading diversified energy network in Victoria. At AusNet, she managed large-scale recruitment initiatives and worked closely with leadership to ensure a strong alignment of HR practices with the organization’s objectives, contributing to a robust talent acquisition framework.
Earlier in her career, Sue served as HR & Recruitment Manager at Cleanaway Waste Management, Australia’s leading waste management service provider. Here, she led a team handling high-volume national recruitment and established efficient processes that streamlined the hiring experience, creating a more impactful recruitment function.
